The majority of my time is spent brokering commercial real estate transactions in Nassau and Suffolk County. If NO, please stop and complete the Associate Section.

I hereby apply for membership in the Commercial Industrial Brokers Society. I represent that:

  • I am eighteen (18) years of age or older; and
  • I am employed in the real estate business for at least one year; and
  • I am currently licensed by the State of New York as a real estate broker or salesperson; and
  • I am currently engaged in commercial or industrial real estate brokerage as my primary means of income; and
  • My principal place of business is located in Nassau or Suffolk County.

I understand that a follow-up interview may be required as a part of processing my application. If my application is accepted, I agree, as a condition of membership, to familiarize myself and abide by the CIBS Code of Ethics and Bylaws. I have read and understand the CIBS Code of Ethics set forth on the attached sheet of this application and agree to strictly adhere to the CIBS Code of Ethics and such other rules and regulations hereinafter promulgated by CIBS.
