“How to Broker in 2012” Event Attracts 100 Attendees

The panel, moderated by CIBS Treasurer and program co-chair David F. Chinitz, discussed such issued as employment contacts, short sales, ways to insure commissions, possible new advertising regulations and the effects of Capital plans. Panelists included: Peter L. Curry, partner in the real estate department at Farrell Fritz, P.C., David P. Leno, partner at Ruskin Moscou Faltischek, P.C., where he is Chair of the Zoning and Land Use Practice Group and William Cornachio, partner in the Corporate & Commercial and Real Estate Practice Groups at Rivkin Radler.

The January 12, 2012 event marks the 20th anniversary of CIBS founding. According to David F. Chinitz, CIBS program co-chair and president of Park Place Reality Group, LLC, “This event marks an anniversary year where you’ll see more activity and more elaborate offerings for members and event attendees.”
